Salam Media Cast, the region’s leading Broadcast & Communications Systems integrator , has recently made three key appointments for its Dubai office. Joining the company are Tarek Tarabichi and Paul Wallis, who both join as Business Development Managers, and Ashish Bhardwaj as Bid Manager.

Salam Media Cast has been serving the media industry in the Gulf region for nearly 40 years. Owned by Ghanim bin Saad Al Saad & Sons Group Holdings (GSSG) since 2010, the company aims to bring the latest innovations and technologies to the Gulf region.

Tarek joins Salam Media Cast with over 17 years of management and advanced technology consulting experience, having launched ten broadcast channels on European and Middle Eastern platforms.

In 2003, Tarek founded the region’s first interactive TV enablers, Toki Solutions. His background spans the Internet, Telecommunications, Networking & Security and the e-commerce sectors. His primary focus at Salam Media Cast is to divert operation into new areas of the market, such as cloud based broadcasting.

Paul joins with extensive experience in leading communications solutions operations in Europe, Eastern Europe, South America and the Middle East. He spent 20 years with Sony Europe managing large-scale pan-European commercial operations and identifying new market opportunities. Paul will oversee business development for the leading independent systems integrator, working closely with both customers and partners to deliver the best in innovative broadcast and media solutions. New Bid Manager, Ashish, brings over eight years experience working in the broadcast engineering sector, architecting new technologies and their implementation in the New Delhi region.
